I got this tattoo in memory of my Father. He passed away in 2008 from Pancreatic Cancer. The flowers are actually purple with blue on the tips. Purple is the color for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness. This tattoo is a cover up that was entirely free-hand right onto my arm and took about 4 hours to complete.

I am sorry 4 your loss s.M.26! My neice whos the author of “Angel Tattoos” has a tattoo in mem of her mom. I remember my neice was only 9 weeks old when her mom was taken by a drunk driver! Tattoos are a good way to remember/honor a loved one. Like the memories of them, they stay with us forever.
