I have a relative who is in hospital. She has quite a few tattoos and I am going to see her in a week. I know her B’day is coming soon as well so I was thinking of getting her something to bring down with me this trip. I never buy things from a store anymore because it is easier to get online. Saves gas and I don’t have to wait in long boring lines filled end to end with people talking on their cell phones.
I narrowed it down to a book about Tattoo History. It was the fact that she will be in hospital for a while so she will have extra time enough to read it. I found it on Amazon.com where I buy a ton of things for my Son and friends and even some steaks once…lol. It arrived the other day and I was wondering what there was to know about Tattoo History so I started to read thru it. Bad Idea because I had to order another one for the gift. It was a good deal though, I learned a lot…and gave a (imo) nice useful gift.
Did anyone else read this book or give as gift? Did I do ok or was it not a good choice. There was a few book about her favorite topic so take a look you might find one you like better for some you know.

WOW I got that book for my dad a few years back for his B’day! It had a huge amount of cool sthuu about the history of tattoos. Lots of pictures too. I’ll have to look around for it next time i visit him..
